These Terms govern your use of PayCad, operated by PayCad International Ltd. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Uganda phone number to register for a PayCad account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your PIN and device secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Wallet and transactions

Your wallet balance reflects funds you've added or received. Transactions you authorize with your PIN are final once completed. We are not responsible for payments sent to the wrong recipient due to an incorrect phone number, code, or till number you entered.

Fees

Any applicable fees are shown before you confirm a transaction. We do not charge hidden fees.

Prohibited use

• Using PayCad for money laundering or any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Impersonating another person or business

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or where required by law or regulation.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
