Introducing PayCad

PayCad started from a simple frustration: paying for the ordinary things in daily life in Uganda usually means several different apps, queues, and forms.

We built PayCad as one wallet that covers sending money, paying electricity, water, TV, parking, and settling KCCA and URA taxes. You top up once, from MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or a bank transfer, and everything after that is a few taps.

We are starting on the web, with WhatsApp and USSD access on the way so PayCad works on any phone, not just smartphones.
